My first flower

This is my first sar flower, isn't it pretty.  Not sure how far they open so I thought I'd start taking pictures now.  Later I'll take it out of the greenhouse so I can take some better pics without fighting the bright background light.

Maggots anyone?

As always if you can't see the pics, my overgrown toaster has crashed and will be rebooted when I notice. Or I gave up and kicked the sucker down the stairs.

That is one well grown plant, as is the one in the background. It looks like you might have a S. purpurea spp. venosa 'Burkei'(though I dont see any veining - probably due to being grown inside) The fat, pink flower on a shortish stem is the give away. Lift the petals and see if it has dropped it's pollen yet...I know that sounds obscene. Good job!
