Most Sarracenia and hybrids will look the same when they go dormant. The leaves gradually dry up, turn brown, and die off. S. purpurea and psittacina, as well as many hybrids they may be in, will remain evergreen throughout winter. Just clip off anything dried-up and brown, leave anything thats green.
