I counted 134 flowers on about 50 different varieties. Should be some back-breaking pollination starting in a few weeks. I only lost one flower in my move, a flava x mitchelliana that got crushed by something. Not bad, I thought.

I have 14 flower buds on one of my S. flava clumps.  That's by far the most out of all my sarrs.  A few buds can be accounted for on my S. flava var. cupurea, alata, and oreophila.

Time to pollinate!! Anyone making any exotic crosses this year? I plan on only pure local forms this year. Ended up with 90 blooms final count.
