Cobra lilly not doing anything?

ok i bought a cobra lilly about a month and a half ago, i repotted into lfs and have it going and its not dying off or anything but it just hasnt put up any new shoot and it hasnt shown any signs of growth, and the fenestrations have browned some, whats going on?

I've had one sit for 5 months and do absolutely nothing, now it's sprouted and happily growing. Just give it time.
