Ah, familiar flowers! Last year's cleostagamous (sp?) subulata are this year's bloomers. nice pics!

I found the cleistogamous flowers gave way to full flowers when i moved them outside. I think seasonal temperature changes trigger flowering.
 
Last year's subulata were both in and outdoors - but no flowers. The pot that flowered for me recently, was one that it was sharing.... I mean invading with D. callistos - and it has been inside.
