I planted them the way it says to in the stick. About how long till they sprout
 
depends. anywhere from several weeks to a few months. my shortest amount of time was 24 days.

if you have no patience...your gonna be in SERIOUS trouble with this hobby. a ventricosa takes anywhere from 3-5 years to reach maturity! several months to even look like a nepenthes(tendril and normal leaves). and 2 years or so for the pitchers to even look adult.
