looks like you have mealybugs. you might also have spider mites based on stippling on top of leaves and the webbing......

I think it was being grown by some peeps in haiku. Lower elevation than me. Maybe about 1000 feet....
I just gently rinse them off the paper towel. squirt bottle. paper breaks down. just makes it a wee bit harder with precise placement of gemmae
