Can you get access to a better camera for a better photograph?
Looks like sooty mold which is usually harmless. You try wiping it off with a wet paper towel? Increase airflow to combat it if it is bothering you.
I would also cut the leaves in half to reduce water loss. Apparantly the root system was also damaged in addition to less than favorable conditions. Right now it is dessicated and needs all the...
I second Orthenex, I've used it in the past with excellent results. Also may want to look into a fungicide, I agree with Tony, I see some other potential issues.
I really should do a re introductory post since my absence! I hate going off topic here against my mod duties :nono:

Since you are in that situation just standby for another week or so and see what happens. Nepenthes seed can be funny! Sometimes they germinate overnight almost and other times weeks on end until...

Another point to make about pot size and type is:
A squat pot will hold more water than a taller pot, therefore they should be avoided IE: bulbs pans or azalea type pots.
Taller pots promote...
Usually, you want to exchange air. So....way less humidity isn't necessarily a bad thing. I would set a fan as an exhauster, to pull hot, stagnant air out and refresh with outside air. Ever wonder...
That looks like rust to me. Remember, rust is a basidiomycete, which means it usually has two hosts....so if you have plants nearby with rust they could inoculating the Nep leaves with urideospores....
Nectar won't rot the pitchers, otherwise why would the plant have evolved the way it to only to destroy it adaptive pitchers? The only rarer case of something like rot arising from sugary secretions...
I wouldn't worry about sterilization or pasteurization at all for seeding on LFS, just make sure there is very high air circulation and the light intensity is equally high. The only thing you'll have...
Knock off the capslock stuff, thats really irritating. Listen to people here.....
Yes, you should have stated what you said earlier....
