It used to be midnite several years ago...until we realized that was stupid. lol 10 p.m. makes it easier to people to bid and not have to stay up so late.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has supported the NASC auction this year. I've been having other issues to deal with and haven't really been around like I want to be.
I'm always touched by how generous the CP community is. It is always such a strong, caring group of people...

Country ham is not like that bland boiled stuff people make sandwiches out of. This is robust, flavorful and...salty (since it is salt cured). Like olives? Capers? Caviar? Then salty...
