Just a thought.
Apparently, I've read that D. capensis has established itself as a semi-weed in part of CA, crowding out native sundews. Has anyone seen them grow in the wild? If so, why are they still being sold at competitive prices from nurseries? I mean, I can't imagine any market for dandelions or plaintains, etc. And I definitely wouldn't mind taking them out of their invasive habitat--they're so beautiful! (no, that's not happening any time soon...I'm in TX and not planning to go to CA).
