Pygmy flowers - why don't they open fully

Hi everyone, these D. puchella hybrids plants are growing very well under T5 lights. But somehow the flowers do not open up fully. Is it due to the wavelength of the tubes? ???

Cindy, are you sure they aren't open some part of the day? Many of these seem to open only for a few hours!

Pingman, I have been at home and watching them. :0o: The widest they open is like in the 3rd pic.
