germinateing D.intermedia carolina giant

hi guys, i have some drosera intermedia carolina giant seeds that come from someone from a differant forum and i would like to no if i can sow them fresh strait away and will they germinate or do i have to cold stratify them to get them to germinate???

thanx josh

since d. intermedia is temperate, i would stratify for at least four weeks before sowing the seed. You may want to sow half the batch now and see if any germinate and stratify the other half.
