That varies widely by species. Do you know what they came from? Even just knowing the general group or the location it came from can help a lot. The most common Drosera in cultivation generally germinate within a month, except for temperate species which often require cold stratification. But there are plenty of groups (the petiolaris-complex and tuberous Drosera I believe; maybe others) that take much longer to germinate.
