Here are some random update pics of some of my plants.
The darlingtonia californica (yes I know they're ugly, it's Lowes' fault) and sarr purpurea ssp venosa are recent Lowe's rescues. Both have healthy new growth after a few weeks of coaxing them to not die. One of the darlingotnia's was actually in its cube UPSIDE down. What's worse, it didn't fall upside due to poor handling - it was planted in the media that way.
I've been feeding the purpurea betta pellets and the results are actually pretty amazing. I keep the pitchers half full of water and drop a few in ever couple weeks. The newest pitcher is huge compared to the others, which represents the start of the betta pellet feeding.
Filenames are descriptive.
Enjoy!
