Er... Hello, I have a quick question regarding a D. nitidula...
I bought it online back in December, and I'm thinking it may be a little crowded in the pot (pic HERE)... Should I try to take one or 2 to another pot or leave them like that?
Sorry... New in the hobby...

Pygmies are fine with being crowded like that IME...more importantly might be the depth of the pot as I believe they have relatively long root systems.

Thanks!

Fun videos, Kulamauiman. 'Love the flowers on the D. menziesii. I'm getting that you've hand pollinated them before.

Have not seen them all. Can't say. Have a better idea someday.

Second year making seeds. Gets easier. Just can see issues with this species making lots of daughter tubers and the potential to get clones very easily. Just assuming based on other species putting up multiple tubers if you see multiple stems.

Mine has to be a tie between D. zonaria and D. erythrorhiza ssp. squamosa.

Wish I could watch vids on this computer.
