Germinating Drosophyllum

Hi!
I just received some seeds of this cute, cute plant :-))
I've read that I have to scarify them and soak in GA3 to accelerate germination...

Any recommendations from experience? I only have 3 shots at this :ohno:

I have GA3, at what concentration in PPM?
Scarification... When do I stop?
Soil... I've head sand and perlite will do the trick, lower humidity and no root disturb...

Thanks!

They can be really tricky to germinate. I generally have maybe a one in five success rate with the seed, and trying to improve my methods as well.
Look for the caresheet on www.carnivorousplants.org If you have more questions after reading that, then I'll be happy to provide any insight that I have.

Edit: Here's the Drosophyllum care sheet: http://www.carnivorousplants.org/howto/GrowingGuides/Drosophyllum.php

Edit: Here's another link to sort through many pages of questions and answers about groing Drosophyllum:http://en.allexperts.com/sitesearch.htm?terms=drosophyllum&cnl=Carnivorous-Plants-711&sdn=en

One last link. this one goes into a lot of detail. The cultivation section is near the end and is very helpful: www.bestcarnivorousplants.com/Drosophyllum_lusitanicum.htm
