your guess is as good as mine. i heard someone made a successful hybrid with prolifera and schizandara, but other than that, nothing...
 
D. adelae is worth growing just for those flowers. Lovely.

Worth a shot. The flowers I have are Adelae and prolifera. Ill grab some antlers and get to work crossing both.

Indeed. I've had a love affair with this plant for a long time. It's highly underrated.
The flowers are very showy. I counted over 100 flower buds on the stalk before I stopped.
