d.scorpioides gemmae production

Riverbank CA
when does scorpioides start producing gemmae im asking because i have some d.roseana in the same spot on my windowsill and they are producing gemmae like crazzy i know some produce them at different times just trying to find out if the scorpioides should be producing already.

My scorpioides seem to have less defined parameters than other pygmies for producing gemmae. This year, mine have been producing them since August. Last year, I don't think I saw gemmae from them until December or January. Just be patient, you'll see them sooner or later.

thats what i was thinking i know some produce them at different times. My d.gibsonni and d.enodes have also started producing

Anything special you do to get D. roseana to produce gemmae? I've seen a bunch of people say it's one of the easiest to get to produce, but all mine died after a couple years of nothing, and I had to start over.....

D. scorpioides is a winter producer, rather than fall.

Mine should be starting any time now. Typically in November they start. Nothing yet.

Nothing special theyve been growing on my windowsill from gemmae all i do is water them they also never have been feed and they have amazing color. I have started giving them more water since i read they produce gemmae during the rainy part of the year thats about it im trying to recreate there natural conditions as much as possible.

Heres a pic i just took.

No extras at the moment. Scorps do well for me from about 65 F and warmer. It's 65-67F in my house during winter and they do well.
