Flowers on the spat x neocal are very, very pale pink as expected
D. spatulata "Beenak, Victoria" x neocaledonica by Hawken Carlton, on Flickr
And figures, the one plant in the wrong pot is the one looking the best here:

Still one of my all around favorite crosses

Things are a bloomin', or getting ready to...
D. filiformis "FL All Red" x sp. Lantau Island by Hawken Carlton, on Flickr

D. brevifolia x tokaiensis by Hawken Carlton, on Flickr

One reliable factor from brevifolia: the hybrids nearly always look like perfect miniatures of the other parent, but with sticky flower stalks

Childhood wishes

Hello you’re crosses are gorgeous and a real inspiration! Are you selling the “Childhood wishes” cross? It’s a really wonderful plant. I saw that you occasionally sell on eBay. Can you tell me your eBay handle? I’d love to keep up with that you are selling. Thank you!

Thank you for the compliment! I do sell D. 'Childhood Wishes' (note: single quotes for official cultivars) and I'm on eBay as carltoncarnivores, but I do not have everything I sell listed there, including that cultivar at the moment.

Childhood wishes and growlist

Are you selling anything now? If so, I’m very interested in purchasing your plants!

This forum is not really meant for open sales or advertising of other business sites. If you have an interest in what I may have, the best I can offer in the open here is only to keep watching my eBay account or join my site of the same name.

'Childhood Wishes' reestablished after repotting, and taking on a far more squat profile than it had under the previous lights

And depending on the angle, it changes colors...

Mystery plant that appeared in the pot designated for an attempt at a brevifolia x anglica cross; I hesitate to label it as the hybrid as it looks a lot like some spatulata forms, but there are no other plants in the greenhouse that match it. I need flowers...
