carnivorous plants of the world -- unite!

I received a small plant of D. prolifera and D. Andromeda through a friend of mine. (He doesn't do cps but they came as part of a cactus/succ trade he did with someone else.) I potted up both the Andromeda and prolifera in dead sphag and placed them within a few inches of each other in one of my terrs. The terr only gets fluorescent lighting from lights in the tank. Temps should be about what they are in the apt ... so 80-85F by day, around 65-72F at night depending upon whether it gets bad enough to kick on the AC. Andromeda is doing very nicely but the prolifera looks like it is not going to make it. The trapping leaf parts have died off and it is down to just the leaf petioles. I don't expect it to make it but was hoping for ideas as to what may have been the issue.
