I am by no means a Drosera expert ( ! ) but I am in San Diego, California and here are the Drosera I grow outdoors year-round: (my lowest nighttime temp so far has been 50F)
D. spatulata
D. slackii
D. capensis (of course)
D. binata and all it's forms (goes dormant though for a month or 2)
D. some unknown rosetted varieties that just won't stop (could be other forms of spatulata and aliciae, and I think 1's a rotundifolia, popped up in pots.)
D. 'marston dragon'
D. burmanii (still in their 1st year, doing fine this winter).
D. (many pygmys from gemmae, THRIVING this winter out in the elements! )
I would try Drosera native to wheere you live, try D.filiformis ssp.trayci, capillaries, rotundfolia (not native, but does well outdoors ), capensis (same as rotundfolia, let doesnt need a dormancy), expierement
