Common make goo

hello

i have my drosera rotundafolia in a humid tank. with a 16 hour light period planted in a one part peat and one part perlight soil mix. it stays about 70 to 75 degrees ferenhight all day and drops to a good 65 degrees at night. dose anyone have any ideas on why it wont make any sticky goo.

It may have gone dormant.
 
Has it balled up into a small pine-cone resembling structure? If so it has gone dormant, and has formed a hibernacula for the winter.

Might not be getting enough light. Try moving plant closer to lights to around 4-6" of the tubes if you are using fluoresent lights and see if that helps.
