I would say capensis grows quite fast. However, although not an sundew, drosophyllum does grow very fast.
 
D. capensis is a very rapid grower. Some others include some D. spatulata types. I have also had D. filiformis var filiformis reach flowering size from seed in the same season.
 
Add to that d. binata, especially the large forms such as dichotoma 'giant'

Burmanii, though it doesn't grow to very large proportions, does mature extremely quickly.

Well, this probably doesn't make the cut, but I've seen one of my adelae leaves unfurl completely in a day!
