Fill a glass jar about 1 inch of distilled water. Sprinkle your Drosera seeds in there (they float, some may sink after a while). Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few holes in it. Keep this in a warm place and after a few weeks, you can see the seeds have turned green. I just pour the water and seeds onto the substrate i plan to grow them in and that's it.
Or you can use a toothpick or eye dropper to put the individual seeds in nice neat rows. There's a name for the type of person that does it this way, but my Mom taught me to be polite so I won't use it on a public site.
