OK Folks that's all for now. If there are any gemmae left I will let you all know. Thanks for taking these off my hands! I didn't want them to go to waste.

Don't anyone get discouraged! There still might be a load left over!

So we have 8 or nine SASEs ready. I will include a labeled packet of the gemmae so you all know what is what.

Also please indicate in your letter to me what you requested. If I run out of a species I will substitute.

Cheer up. As Nep. G. said, he may have some left overs. If not, I'm sure there will be more gammae later this year from other Drosera.

Oh yes, the much sought after D. scorpiodes should gemmae this year, I am hoping for it!

Isn't it strange that this species starts forming gemmae so early? My plants did this last summer as well (same species). I must warn you that the process is continual, and that you will probably go bankrupt sending out free gemmae before the plants quit making it. Thanks for sharing what I shared with you.

This question just occured to me, but do/can D. scorpioides produce gammae the first year?

I haven't noticed my D. scorpioides producing gemmae yet. I have 5 species of pygmies in my backyard and they aren't making gemmae. I will just keep on waitin. If I get any gemmae I might send some out for free to people who want them. Hopefully they make some...
