Drosera dichrosepela

I have this lone dichrosepela (a pygmy) that recenty browned all its other leaves and has a little bunch of green leaves huddled in the middle. Its summer now, so should i let it go dormant? It seems that is what it is doing. i water it like once every two weeks now. It is on a windowsill. Thanks-Zach

That sounds like it has formed it stipules. My pygmie just did the same thing a while ago.
