Pics of Drosera and Pinguicula species and hybrids in tissue culture.
Some are not as clear as I would like them to be because of the flask and condensation.

Hello

I'm almost positive it is the tissue sterilization problem.

Hi Sszvein,

Here are some guides to tissue culture:
CP TC 101
CP Tissue Culture in the Kitchen
There are also many sites with orchid tissue culture information that can be adapted to cp tissue culture.

Hi UtricSeb,

I generally use 1/4MS for germination, 1/4MS +BAP(~.2ml per liter) for multiplication and 1/4MS without hormones for rooting. I've also used 1/2MS and other mediums for some Drosera sp.

Thanks CP2K, that is the info I was looking for. Your pics show you get very good results with your mediums.
