Not flowering!

Im pretty sure its a pigmy but. My plant was growing fine then all a sudden the dew stoped forming and there are two big stems. Should I cut off the stems or should I leave them alone?!?!?

Can you post a picture? If you hadn't said pigmy sundew, I would have that you have a D. adelae. anyways, only cut off that which has turned black. If it is still green, it is still carrying on photosynthesis.
