Anyone remember me? An old friend messaged me in the hopes that I was me and I surprisingly still get E-mail notifications. The last time I was here I had just graduated HS, and since then I have graduated college with a BS in Biology. I don't really grow CP's anymore, except for a few special...

Most Drosera can be easily and quickly propagated by leaf cutting, root cuttings, and flower scape cuttings. (A flower scape is just another words for the developing unfurling flower stalk as it emerges from your plant.) This will give you a mature plant faster than raising one from seed...
(2) young Venus Flytraps will be sent bare root to the winner. I've had these potted up in 2x3" posts for 6 weeks indoors under T8 lights. They are not hardened off yet for the outdoors.
(I live in Wisconsin and spring hasn't sprung yet :-( ) Both are cloned divisions from my mature plants...
These are both very desirable VFT clones:
Dionaea 'Akai Ryu' photos
Dionaea 'B52' photos
The Red Dragon is totally red if grown under bright lights, and the B52 is one of the largest VFT cultivars.
Winner pays $3 for shipping. US only. I cannot supply phytosanitary or nursery certificates...

Dalton's Grow List:
Venus Fly Trap (x2) - ~2/15/14
Sarracenia - ~2/15/14
* I got the above two plants from a big box store. It was one of those cheap boxes where the plant was half dead. I live in SC, so I just repotted them and put them in water trays. The VFT has done...
Just sharing some of the haworthia cooperi that I have had for a while. And also curious about the naming system for this particular species as I read somewhere that haworthia cooperi is synonymous with h pilifera/cooperi var obtusa. So am hoping to clarify which is the proper naming system for...
While checking out photos of Sarrs on FB, I ran across the name 'Cobra Nest'. Looking it up on Google, I discovered that it's been patented by one of the co-creators, James Booman.

I'm unsure of how common this is with...
Hello!
I know that there are a few people who are looking for this one of Barry Rice's Lovecraft "series" of U. calycifida cultivars.
Anyone around who's actually growing it—who might even have a plug to spare?
Cheers,
Marcus
I had my camera handy so I thought I may as well take a photo or two.

Bottom: D. muscipula 'Green Sawtooth' with an "empty", the exoskeleton of an eaten fly.
I have a few Venus fly traps that have just split or about to split off and ones that have split and been growing for some time that i have available to trade, sizes vary according to what type of vft they're coming from and how long they been growing as their own rooted plant in the pot.
I...
I'm now a proud owner of the first of many Dionaea m. cultivars, the awesome 'B52'! Grown under LED lighting and showing the plant's vigorous growth and color. I especially like how the leaves keep getting shorter and traps bigger :)
Few weeks after arrival
More compact growth
Looking for advice on growing these cultivars quickly and cloning them.
I know how to pull a leaf and then stick it in some wet moss to form a new plant.
Is that the best way? I wan't many clones fast, and I don't want to hurt my plants.
I think I may have fried one of my B52 plants...

Cephalotus "Hummer's" divisions for other Ceph cultivars/genetic stock (or Heli's?)
Hi guys,
I have a few Cephalotus crown divisions up for trade, one of which has a flower stalk. I bought the mother plant maybe 5-6 years ago as a Hummer's Giant crown division from an eBay seller in Alaska...
