Well, I told myself when I moved to SoCal that I needed to choose among Edibles, CPs, or Succulents. Well, this year I added... well, I guess I failed and have them all, oops! I just gotta grow. I've still got more seeds that I'm waiting on, not that I need more plants, but here's the ones...

I recently bought a couple of Thai micro crabs (Limnopilos naiyanetri) to photograph and add to my aquarium. These critters were really tiny and my aquarium is chock full of wood and plants. I knew that once I added the crabs I would be lucky to ever see them again; so I took the time to take...
I'll be moving into an apartment and setting up a small-ish Nepenthes grow chamber in the next couple months. I will be in a cold climate, so indoor conditions (factoring in heat from lights/ greenhouse effect from growth chamber) should be intermediate. I am shooting for day temps of 80-85...
There is a vendor called xcplants that I recently discovered and I want to order from them but I'm not quite sure how to go about it. They are based in Thailand and their site is in Thai so google translate helps a lot. Aside from the language barrier what do I need permit-wise to order from...

Hey everyone! I harvested the seeds of two of my thai chili pods from my plants i had last year (they were crammed in a tiny pot so i only got two chilis since they couldnt grow lol), but I got about 30 of them and I dried them. I then sowed about 15 or so and they are already sedlings growing...
I set up a simple table with most all Nepenthes species broken into the five common categories; ultra-lowland, lowland, intermediate, highland, and ultra-highland. I have based the placement on altitudinal distribution mostly. I also have temperature range at the top of each category.
I am starting my small collection for CPs, and was hoping I could find a few plants that I could not get a hold of online(they were out of stock!!) I don't have much to trade, but Id thought I'd give it a shot to see where it leads...
