I can see Alvins and they look great!

Ok this was the best pics I could do, Hard to take pics when you're forced to grow highlanders in a refrigerated box to fight the 100 degree weather...

These are two seed grown plants from Sulawesi "site B"

This one is a BE HK75/JK Clone

Hopefully those don't hurt your guys eyes, even with my t5s on the pics come off purple but I'm only use an old cell cam.

Thanks for the kind comments. Regarding the "Red Hairy" hamata, I guess a lot of people want to grow this plant because it is pretty rare. Frankly, I think the true Nepenthes hamata is a superior plant. It is much easier to cultivate and , IMHO, more attractive. Also, none of the few I have seen have the hirsute appearance of Ch'ien Lee's beautiful photo: Stock Photograph of Nepenthes hamata from Central Sulawesi, Indonesia (cld04091504) - www.wildborneo.com.my

I think i like the hairy red hamata cause its so red and fuzzy. I really like darker pitchers but i kinda prefur solid colored pitchers on Neps. Though i usually go for long slender pitchers like on reinwardtiana, ramispina and albomarginata's
I really like its deep maroon to bright red color and its tubby little pitcher shape :D the one thing i really love about this species is their cute little hairy lid - to be honest that's what got me to actually finally get one i just couldn't resist petting it lol lol lol

A friend of mine who has been an expert in the field of CP's for decades will be selling off two batches of rooted cuttings from his wistuba grown plant in the coming weeks.

He has adapted it to living on a windowsill with cheap growlights from Lowe's. Follow his Facebook page 'Nepenthes Hamata' for updates.
