Pigmy dew flowering

Will pigmy sundews produce gemmae if they don't flower? Every last pigmy I started has or is flowering and the question of that link came to mind.

Gemmae production should happen in season if the plants are robust enough even if they don't flower although flower production is a sign of adequate conditions. Gemmae production should happen even if the plants are juvenille during the regular flowering season - I have had plants make gemmae in the same season the gemmae were started.
