Possible babies?

Hi everyone,
Due to an accident knocking one of my plants over, I've decided to repot them into more sturdy pots (they needed doing anyway to be honest).
Having taken a closer look at my Bloody Mary/Lady Luck I think there might be 'babies' under all the leaves.
If they are babies, could I split them from the mother plant without causing too much shock?
I know I probably won't know for sure until I've taken it out of the pot but it will be too late to ask by then!

Those are 'basal shoots', an branch off the main plant originating near or below the soil level. They generally don't develop roots of their own. If you want to separate them you'll need to cut them off the main plant and treat them as cuttings.

Do you think it's best to wait until next year when they're (hopefully) a bit bigger?

You will want the basal shoots to form some stem before cutting them off, and that's what you will put in the media, cup of water or whatever to get them to root.
