Kung Fu Fighting!
Urgh, I posted a topic on this but it's gotten worse and nobody replied to my old one. My 6 inch tall S. oreophila x leucophylla has caught 4 wasps in one pitcher and it's nearly full and the plant probably can't even digest one, should I fork them out?

Thanks!

I say leave it alone. It's doing what it's supposed to. Be happy.

Pitchers tend to get "stuffed". I don't think it hurts the plant, probably good for them, but the inidividual pitchers die quicker. I generally plug one or two nice pitchers with cotton as soon as they open, so I can enjoy them for a long time, and let the rest eat what they can.

Lol, alright, I'll just wait until it gets filled to the brim to make room for more.

Don't worry - pitchers can't decide what they catch. Your plant will soon grow new pitchers to replace the full one.
