Myth or fact?

is it true that a solar eclipse affect(please notice that is not the same as "effect") the way a plant, or in this situation, nepenthes grow?

Nepenthes grow so slowly I doubt the short duration of a solar eclipse has any noticable affect.

i heard that some fruits form trees dont develope right and that some deformaties on new growth is noticeable after and eclipse.

Just what might be the reason for such a vegetative response? More active fairies? A disturbance in the aether? Too little science education?

Hmm, so that must mean everytime I take the plants down to repot them (which usually takes in total longer than a day), they will have deformities? Don't think so.

On the other hand, part of their adapting to the repotting could be due to that, will watch for it next time.
