It's a ventrata... it's not going to die... stick it in long fibre sphagnum and you're done. No special treatment required.
 
N. ventrata is none of those. It is a hybrid.

Can anyone give me an example of the latter two?
 
N. campanulata, N. inermis. Many, many more.
