I understand what you mean when you say you want to live in Singapore. That's how I felt when D. capensis die despite all our efforts in growing it and it is like a weed to most growers. I wanted to live in the States then! lol

Here's the plant when it was upright. It tended to fall over anyway.

I love the 'canopy of pitchers' thing that bical does, with the pitchers hanging down onto a bench. We in singapore live so close to its place of native origin and yet can't wait to see a huge bical in Florida...

That's exactly what she's doing. Some of the pitchers aren't visible because they're up under the canopy. Only the few hanging over the edge of the pot can be seen.
