Leaves turning black/yellowish

One of my new neps (thank god not the hamata) leaves are turning black/ yellowish along with the one I got from work a couple weeks ago. What should I do? Should I call and send it back or can I fix this without losing the plant? What could the problem be? Would it be caused by shipping? I had it 2nd day U.P.S. What would you do?

maby the leaves are just dying? is it on the older leaves or newer ones?

Root rot from the roots being too wet.

Not enough air flow around the plants.

Herbicide.

So should I send the plant back or can it be fixed?

Repot it in fresh LFS and while the plant is out of the pot flush out the roots.

The plant is potted in some kind of bark chips.

Orchid bark, a good mixture, I think you have it to wet as stated befor.

Why would it be root rot if this is a good mixture? Someone told me that stright LFS is not that good because it can stay too wet and cause the roots to rot.

I've never had that problem. LFS has worked wonders for my Nep's.
