Perhaps it was. I check type of cantley's red photos in internet.
They looks similar.:-D

You got that right there are sooo many red forms and variations in N. ampullaria I forget!

All I remember are:

Giant red
Cantley's Red
Williams Red
var. tricolor

Ampullaria's a great plant. especially in red form.
