Stovepipe (The Beast) RIP My friend.
The temps for these plants sometimes gets to 78 daytime. The nighttime drop helps.
I don't really see any difference in the two. If they are different it might only be slight and only noticeable when it gets older? Both plants were about the size of a quarter when I first got them. The live sphagnum is top dressing. If I remember right , the mix was a bit of everything. Sphagnum moss, orchid bark, perlite, cyprus wood chips, peat, expanded clay pebbles. I think thats it? Might have forgotten to mention something? It drains pretty good.
Humidity is anywhere from 40 to 60 percent. They are in a bedroom now, but soon will be moved to the basement where they will be happy for the summer.
