My N. Sanguinea has an unopened leaf, and the seam or edge thing is all messed up. Is it some kind of pest? A disease? Or is it just a mutation or whatever?
It looks like a normal leaf and another screwed up leaf fused together or something. I don't think it's anything you need to worry about.
But don't quote me on that...
