A picture update to Rival that of SirKris

DavyJones

Is ready to take this hobby to a whole new level
Just kidding. I don't know if it can rival those of SirKristoff, but I'll at least give it a shot. Many of you probably remember my great ghetto setup from last school year. Since then I have moved to a new apartment on the other side of town, which in Oxford Ohio is a total of like, 5 minutes. Anyhow, you can all be amazed at the tiny 2x3 folding table I grow my plants on, in a north-facing window I might add! So marvel at the wonders of cheap college students who have to move back and forth between houses much too often! I Hope you guys enjoying seeing how other people grow their CP's. I would definitely put myself out there as one of the more 'unique' methods!

We'll start off with my N. Spectabilis. Note the basals!

My Lovely N. Fusca 'Sarawak' from our one and only Phission. I still don't think my joke was good enough to warrant such a great plant.
<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3294.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3294.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

My baby, N. Burbidgeae. Seriously my favorite plant, and I haven't even seen a pitcher yet.

<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3295.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3295.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Here's a couple of the star of the show, N. Lady Pauline

<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3297.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3297.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3298.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3298.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3299.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3299.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

How about a little Highland Truncata?
<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3292.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3292.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

And now, for the weirdest looking one of all, N. Velvet, which is undergoing an attempt at basal growth, and flowering. (Male, any pollen takers???)
<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3303.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3303.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3302.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3302.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

And last but not least, my entire setup this year.

<a href="http://s299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/?action=view&current=IMG_3310.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm317/herrkaleun7/plants%20september%20eleven%20o%20eight/IMG_3310.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

My spec basals like mad also. One after another, after another ;)

Now if it would just pitcher :censor:

Great pics. Love the color on those burbig leaves.

Great neps :) I really like your N. x 'Lady Pauline ;)

I tink your burbidgea is beautiful too. I also thing the truncata is nice.

Wow, that N. Lady Pauline's flower is something. Is it male?

yeah thats a male flower alright...sadly. we need more females!!! i hope my Seedgrown Hamata is a female...

May I ask your burbidgea's origin.

All look like happy campers. Looking good.

Jefforever: the flower belongs to the N. Velvet, and it is indeed male.

Nep369: The seller said it was Pig Hill. I have not seen anybody else selling this plant at the time being, so I'm assuming thats the most common one to find.
