sanguinea orange cutting deformity

One of my sang orange cuttings put out a cool looking pitcher. Huge lid:)

Wouldn't it be cool to have a cultivar that made pitchers that only looked like that? :)
 
Even if that is a deformity it is pretty amazing!

HAHAHA...that's cool. What a great pic. I have a ventricosa cutting that puts out some deformed peristomes, but I think your lid takes the cake!

That is awesome. I really like that! I'd love to see a mature pitcher with a huge lid like that.

I also wonder what it looked like in development - I can't figure out how it did that.

I've seen plenty of tiny lids, but never giant lids before. Looks like a sarracenia/nep cross or something.

I didn't see it until it opened up :(
I would of loved to see how this developed.
