Where is 'Nina Dodd'?

While leafing through the ICPS cultivar descriptions, I found a new favorite of mine, Nepenthes x bicalcarata x Dyeriana cv. 'Nina Dodd'. Where is this cultivar?

It's definitely a good hybrid, but where is it?
