Is this an Intermediate Pitcher?

Vbkid

Getting There...
So this is a photo of the newest picture from a Miranda cutting I received from Kristoff maybe a year ago. It's substantially bigger than all of the previous ones, and the peristome, instead of being red like the others, now has clearly pronounced stripes on it. Is this what an intermediate (or upper pitcher) looks like?

Also, interestingly enough, now that this one opened, the PREVIOUS leaf is inflating its tendril...does this happen often?!?

nope still a lower... youve got some time before you see intermediates, the traps will lose most of their coloration in the transition...

The tendril will move to the side of the pitcher instead of attaching in the front for intermediates. The tendril attachments for uppers is in the back of the pitcher. That's the best way to tell when they're making the transition, usually.
