Should I be worried about these spots?

Or are they natural to the older leaves? I just recieved some nepenthes bareroot so they have a tiny bit of shock (though they surrvived the trip very well) and a few of the oldest leaves on each nepenthes has these purplish color spots along with the yellowing of the leaves as well. They were not there when I first got them, so I'm a bit worried I did something wrong.

someone with more experience may chime in but I think that stripe down the middle is indicative of root rot if I am not mistaken.

On the first two, those leaves were dying anyways. I think the splotching is... Well, I was told initially it is a bacterial infection, but recently in the chat I was told it was light. Peter D'amato told me it was due to lighting too, and that's somebody I really trust. So I'd say it is just lighting. The plant in the last pic looks healthy, and I know many of my healthy plants have that splotching and have for months without any issues.

I wouldn't worry about it. I've seen this on a lot of my new arrivals and it has never seemed to affect them. It seems to be natural leaf aging as the plant adapts to your environment and also could be due to the leaf resting close to the moist soil. I'd still keep an eye on it, though.
