Nepenthes leaf rooting

After almost a year in a jar of water, this Nep still keeps insisting on sending roots out of just one leaf. No rooting hormone, just a really weird Nep :-))

I don't even know how to pot up such a monstrosity so I guess I'll just leave it in a jar forever. It's 'thorellii' (from about 8 years ago) x campanulata.

Before this plant, me either. First time I've seen it in all my time growing Neps.
 
Wow, and that leaf doesn't even have any other growth on it either!
 
That's some Ripley's Believe-it-or-not stuff right there.

If there wasn't a picture, I would have called bull...first time I've heard of this happening and the first time I've ever heard of a case of anything other than stem cuttings forming roots.
