Submerging Nepenthes

Is it safe to submerge Nepenthes in water for 2-3 days? I've done it with Utricularia and Drosera without any problems before, but I'm not sure how Nepenthes will respond to it.

I've left nepenthes in deep trays of water when I had to be away for more than a week at a time. It seemed to work out ok. I'd guess as long as there isn't long term flooding you'd be fine.

Ok thanks. Hopefully it works out okay.

Out of curiosity, is the submerging for a pest issue? I've heard people suggest it before but haven't tried it myself.

Yep otherwise I wouldn't take chances with it.
