Nepenthes Ventrata Pitcher Hoods and Leaves being Eaten

I just went outside to check my N. Ventrata and found that the leaves and pitcher lids are being eaten by an unidentified insect (I think an ant or thrip). Any suggestions to what might be the culprit? Any ways to annihilate the culprit(s)? I'm doing a repotting this weekend since the plant has outgrown the pot it is currently in.

I can't imagine an ant doing that--leafcutter ants don't leave those kinds of holes, to my knowledge, and other ants don't collect or eat leaves. Other than that I have no suggestions.
