Nepenthes x Ventrata produced a flower.

I potted up the plant last May on the 7th. I has grown a lot since being a small plant from a nursery, but I wasn't expecting to find a flower. Maybe it's the red LED lights in the grow tent.

Congratulations, it's always gratifying to see a nepenthes flower. Your ventrata is certainly large enough for flowering.

Is it true that they're all sterile? I wanted to try and get some pollen.

The common female clone is indeed sterile. It'll produce seed that won't germinate.
